Trails Work Party

Where: Grand Forest West

When: Saturday, July 19 (3rd Saturday), 10:00a-12:00p

What: Join us at Grand Forest West this Summer!

Volunteer with the Park District and our partners every third Saturday in May, June, or July to help improve the trails at Grand Forest West.  Projects could include tread work, improving drainage, or pruning back the spring flush. 

These work parties are well suited for children ages eight and up who are comfortable using some tools and walking a mile or so throughout the two-hour work party.
